contraction master

We finished our weekend intensive birthing class Saturday! In this all day class we reviewed the last class, discussed alternatives to natural childbirth, watched a C-section and discussed the surgery, took a tour, and did fun activities like "our ideal birth". We left feeling prepared for the big day. I am grateful we took the class; not only to educate ourselves but it was a good bonding experience for us!

Our teacher shared a great website I wanted to pass on to others that are expecting! It's called the Contraction Master. Here is the website: http://www.contractionmaster.com/ There's also an iphone app! It let's you count your contractions while you're still at home for a more accurate reading. It's nice for Dad's who want to support their wife and not worry about grabbing pen and paper to write it down. You simply click start and stop or the 'S' on the keyboard. So easy!

And, there's now a nursing master to help count feedings! So handy. Enjoy all you moms-to-be!
