I am now 31 weeks pregnant! Time is flying! She is now weighing about 3 lbs. and measuring 18 inches long. She'll pack on another 3-5 lbs. before D-day. Her brain is developing and she's now processing information, tracking light, and perceiving signals from all five senses. She's also putting on longer stretches of sleep. I am able to tell when she's sleeping and when she's wide awake!
I'm not sure how much weight I've gained. We go back to the doctor Thursday so I'll find out then! The last time we went I had only gaine 1.5 lbs! She has been moving a lot and stretching out which can be painful. My belly has really grown and my belly button is still half out. New this week has been hiccups! I've felt them twice and it's the cutest thing. It doesn't last long but it's been neat to feel. Luckily Jonathan was home the first time and he got to feel it too!
My lower back has been sore and I can't stand all day anymore. I've been sleeping great at night but by early morning I wake up with my arm asleep! It's been every morning this week so I think it's going to be like this until she comes. She must be on a nerve or something! My feet and hands are still swelling at night so I've been trying to put my feet up when I can.
The fatigue is back and I've been sleeping longer and deeper lately. I'm trying to listen to my body and sleep when I can!
This week I did more of her laundry and organized the nursery a little bit more. It's a slow process but it's coming together! I'll post photos when it's done.
I'm still craving salads so that's been a daily meal! I miss Starbucks and being able to paint my toes!
Hope everyone has a good weekend!
