Elizabeth turns 9 months old!

Well this post is late... Elizabeth turned 10months old yesterday! But better late then never, right?! 
Jonathan took her to her 9 month check up because I had to work… what a great Daddy! 

Here’s some stats:

Weight:  17 lbs. 14 oz. … 34^th percentile (yay!)

Height: 28 ¾ inches long… 86^th percentile

Head Circumference: 16 ¾ inches… 14^th percentile

And here’s some quick updates from the past month

• Has tried ground beef and chicken!  The first few bites she wasn’t too sure about but now she likes it!  One of her favorite meals is beef and carrots.  We’ve switched to organic, grass fed beef and organic chicken.  I go to Whole Foods now and stock up when their meat goes on sale.   This makes it the same price as shopping at any other grocery store!
• Started chewing on puffs!  This took a little while but we’re finally enjoying puffs!  And they’re a great distraction so we can finish our dinner!
• Trying to stand on her own!  She’ll do it for a few seconds but once she realizes she’s doing it she grabs something or sits down.

• Has started saying “ba ba” and sometimes it’s “Bubba”… much to Ryan’s enjoyment

Started referencing Mama and Dada to us!  She seems to know who’s who!
