Elizabeth turns 8 months old!

Elizabeth turned 8 months old 3 weeks ago!  I know I’m behind a little bit but it’s been busy around here!  Here are some highlights from this past month:

• Crawling... fast!  Now that she's got that down she doesn't like to be stuck in one place.
• Started cruising!  She's going around and around the coffee table.  And from the coffee table to the sofa... and back again!
• Sitting to standing position!  At first she was scared and would get stuck (one hand on the floor, one hand on the coffee table) but now she's up down up down.
• Waving hi and bye!
• Learning to stand on her own... still working on this one
• Handed a toy to Mommy!
• Dances to music
• Has tried more fruits and veggies... learning to like carrots, oatmeal and bananas
• Learning more sign language
• Growing like a weed... Her 12 month pajamas are too short!

It’s been another big month for Elizabeth!  We’re looking forward to our first Christmas together!
