We had wonderful weather this weekend! I went shopping with my mom and sisters Friday evening for maternity clothes. We got some great deals from Old Navy and Target! Old Navy is having their 40% off of clearance sale... and I found three pairs of jeans under $8! We also found lots of tops at both places. It feels great to have clothes that are flattering, comfortable and that fit! Thanks again, Mom! :)
Saturday evening was spent in downtown Apex, eating pizza outside with my husband and walking around. It was so nice to have a date night! We stopped by blockbuster and bought a couple movies for the week. Sunday we volunteered in the 2 yr old room at our church for a service and LOVED it! Jonathan and I both enjoy this age, the kids are talkative, playful and just a joy to be around. And it's so sweet to see Jonathan fold himself to sit on the floor to play with the kids (Being 6' 7" it's a tough job to sit indian style on the ground)!
What baby's up to:

The baby is now the size of an onion, about 5 inches long and 6 ounces!
Baby's skeleton is hardening, changing from rubbery cartilage to bone, and fat is finally accumulating around it. The umbilical cord is getting thicker and stronger, and those little fingers and toes are now topped by one-of-a-kind prints.
This past week I felt the baby move! I thought I had felt it at home a couple of times but wasn't sure. Then when I was at the dentist, I definitely felt movement because I finally got my hand placed on my belly in time! Ever since the little one has been moving all the time! I notice it more if I slouch while I'm sitting. Perhaps he/she is telling me to sit up straight because they need more room?!
I also have had a cold since Monday, so I've been sleeping a little bit more and trying to rest when I can. I am still craving potatoes, mac & cheese and comfort foods like that!
We'll find out October 13th what we're having!
We're looking forward to the weekend... camping in the mountains with our best friends for Jonathan and Wes' birthdays!
